Sur les petites entreprises comme les exploitations agricoles, ces fonctions sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cumul\u00e9es par une personne ou un faible nombre de personnes, et fr\u00e9quemment au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame famille.<\/p>\n<p>Les exploitations agricoles ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un faible nombre de travailleurs ce qui requiert une <strong>polyvalence<\/strong> et une <strong>polycomp\u00e9tence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La polycomp\u00e9tence signifie \u00eatre comp\u00e9tent-e pour assumer plusieurs fonctions (pr\u00e9voir, d\u00e9cider, ex\u00e9cuter, analyser, administrer, etc.), c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00eatre capable d\u2019agir efficacement, en autonomie. La polyvalence consiste \u00e0 pouvoir ex\u00e9cuter diverses t\u00e2ches, m\u00eame si ce n\u2019est pas dans les activit\u00e9s habituelles de la personne. La <strong>flexibilit\u00e9<\/strong>, inh\u00e9rente aux petites entreprises, passe par la capacit\u00e9 des personnes \u00e0 se remplacer ou \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9pauler mutuellement, notamment lors des pointes de travail.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-clearfix\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-1 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first\" style=\"--awb-bg-size:cover;width:50%;width:calc(50% - ( ( 4% ) * 0.5 ) );margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><p>L\u2019analyse des ressources humaines est multidimensionnelle\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La <strong>formation<\/strong> et les <strong>comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> li\u00e9es au m\u00e9tier de personnes travaillant sur l\u2019exploitation agricole sont fondamentales. Une comp\u00e9tence est une connaissance (savoir, savoir-faire, savoir-\u00eatre) mobilisable, tir\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de l\u2019exercice d\u2019une activit\u00e9. L\u2019analyse des comp\u00e9tences est particuli\u00e8rement utile pour l\u2019ad\u00e9quation entre ressources et activit\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019organisation du travail.<\/li>\n<li>En outre, explorer les <strong>dimensions personnelles<\/strong> comme les <strong>traits de personnalit\u00e9<\/strong>, les <strong>valeurs<\/strong>, les <strong>int\u00e9r\u00eats<\/strong> et la <strong>motivation<\/strong> est crucial. Ce sont ces dimensions personnelles qui sous-tendent l\u2019implication d\u2019une personne dans son travail, et sont d\u00e9terminantes pour la construction d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019entreprise en ad\u00e9quation avec ses aspirations en tant qu\u2019\u00eatre humain. Se reconna\u00eetre dans la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise participe \u00e0 la motivation des personnes et \u00e0 la coh\u00e9rence entre les souhaits personnels et l\u2019activit\u00e9
